YOUTH IN REVOLT

OMG.

youth in revolt is being made into a movie!!!!!!!
and better yet.... MICHAEL CERA is playing Nick Twisp.
Steve Buscemi is playing Nick Twisp's dad.

holy fucking hellcrapfuck

i grabbed this book when i was 13/14
and i read the thing in 2 days (its a pretty thick book)
it is so vulgar, sarcastic, and hilarious that it was my favorite book during junior high/high school.
i even forced the book onto other people- most of whom enjoyed it just as much as i did.
the book is now a cult classic....
(the sequel, revolting youth, is surprisingly good also)

I CANNOT DESCRIBE MY ELATION.
......especially since i so have a weird crush on michael cera
even though he looks like he's 12 and is completely awkward in every way imaginable.
