-the nkotb reunion- if this happens, im there. i still have the pillowcase. apparently there is a new song on their website along with the phrase "are you ready?". ok, the idea of new material from the new kids on the block is a scary thought... the only thing is- they lip synched the first time around-
i went to their concert at the summit (which is now lakewood church)- all decked out in nkotb gear and sitting in the nosebleed seats- squinting to try to figure out which one was joey. the songs are vapid- but its cheesy nostalgia- a childhood of acidwashed denim and oversized button pins (and SIDE ponytails!)
-no new project runway this week.
-mice!- i saw something out of the corner of my eye on the floor- sure enough a mouse (apparently a disabled one, as his back leg was broken or something) was slowly making its way across the floor of my office. it got away- so my boss set traps with peanut butter as bait.
on monday, he tells me he cant find the trap. apparently, the mouse stole it.

-spaghetti carbonara (or fettuccini carbonara)- bastian has gotten me addicted to this stuff. we ate some at frenchy's in clear lake and it feels like someone punched you in the gut but its so addicting. i HAVE to find some within the 610 loop. asap.
-transfer tool- i tried it out last night with some photocopied bernini statue images onto some fabric. im a bit bummed out that it takes forever to transfer- and im thinking it only works with outlines and not actual shaded images. (the shading is hit or miss). now i need good outlined images... this link is of a lady who does the same thing with a tool but hers works. wtf? im gonna try again with some color photocopies this weekend. =/
