The Associated Press is reporting that Clemens told Andy Pettitte nearly 10 years ago that he used human growth hormone, Pettitte said in a sworn affidavit to Congress. According to the AP, when Pettitte asked Clemens in 2005 what he would do if asked by the media about HGH, Clemens backtracked by saying he was referring to HGH use by his wife, Debbie, in their previous exchange.
