-uno is probably the cutest dog name, ever.

-i actually watch american idol sometimes- and the judges really bother me because they keep voting off people that i like- then keep the terrible ones. why do i watch this stuff?! because a) my ipod was stolen so theres nothing else to listen to while doing stuff and b) baseball season hasnt started yet.

-bastian likes to talk while im watching television. its starting to turn me into a crazy person with the pause button.
DVR: i both hate and love you.

-big brother RULED last night! my only complaint is that whole being voted off in teams thing- dumb idea.
otherwise, i like the group of people- and the concept of the show this year- i just wish they would have more than one black person in the house at a time. but its way awesome that there are two gay dudes this year- lolz

-i watched/listened to the entire congressional hearing today at work.
highlights:
-clemens admitted that his wife was injected with HGH.
-claimed at one point to have never spoken to mcnamee about HGH, then said he actually did speak to him about HGH but only after mcnamee had injected his wife.
-claimed his lawyers advised him against speaking to mitchell before the report was out- then said he never knew mitchell reached out to him before the report- and then stuck to that story instead during the hearing.
-andy pettite injected HGH in 2004
-andy pettite stated that clemens had talked to him about HGH twice- the second convo was clemens saying that the first convo they had was about his WIFE and not him.
-clemens says pettite misheard him but did not say the conversations did not take place
-an old MRI confirms that clemens had an abscess on his buttocks like mcnamee had told mitchell. several professionals claim that the abscess could not have been from a b12 shot- and probably was from the steroids being injected "too fast"
-clemens denies ever being at canseco's house - and says he was playing golf the day in question. he provides a receipt to a golf course 20 minutes from canseco's house from that morning.
-clemens' nanny is invited to clemens' house 2 days before she is to be questioned by investigators. clemens had not talked to her in 7 years prior to tcalling and inviting her to dinner.
-clemens' nanny says that clemens' children, clemens, clemens' wfie, and herself had stayed at canseco's house multiple times.
-brian mcnamee lied in several instances to reporters about clemens and steroids.
-brian says that he never really trusted clemens and kept the used needles and gauze just in case.
