who knew sleep was so necessary to function?

last night was jen's 21st birthday celebration gathering of individuals at the notorious poison girl bar establishment.
oh man, i have been waiting a long time for her to be able to go to places other than catbird's (lol)
unfortunately (for me), last night was also the time she revealed she would be moving to austin in may.
imagine my sadness. (im really bad at hiding it and so she knew i was super bummed)
anywho- at least she'll be relatively close (unlike that jerk, john memmer who is in colorado haha)
i guess i shouldnt be so surprised- she wants to go to school for artsy reasons and austin is the place to be in texas for that stuff.
(she actually does painting and design and stuff-)
im glad she is making stuff happen for herself.

sayward, jen, and myself:

i promise we arent that rowdy or anything.

i totally bailed at 1045pm cause i am a grandma and like sleep.
i still didnt get to sleep until midnight or so and i am barely awake now at 4pm. i have been a cookie-fueled zombie all day today.

on the baseball front- i hear troy patton is having elbow troubles.
maybe that tejada trade wasnt as painful as i originally thought but we'll make a full opinion on that once i see luke scott's numbers for the season.

i have tickets to the rodeo for tonight- but like i said i am the living dead and sleep is calling me. (they keep calling me)
and we have tickets for next week anyhow. sorry, moo-cows and llamas. your loss!

fluffy face and tired face:
